Responsibilities:
- Assistant Manager to Practice Manager, acting manager when PM not in office
- Manage and lead administrative team to goals and targets
- Coordinate office activities, outings, and parties
- Responsible for monthly reports and bank deposits
- Assist with scheduling, financial reporting, and business development planning
- Greet and assist patients, leaving a lasting positive impression
- Optimize appointment schedules with limited gaps
- Manage recall system and maintain patient database
- Handle patient calls and inquiries with professionalism
- Process referral letters and manage patient records
About You:
- Minimum 3 years of administration experience
- Business mindset with a want for continuous development and learning
- Team lead experience is an asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to oversee various aspects of the practice simultaneously
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, patients and external stakeholders
- Aptitude for identifying issues and implementing practical solutions
- Strong decision-making capabilities and the confidence to make informed choices
- Go getter attitude with a passion for team building and leadership
- Clinical background and familiarity with dental software programs considered a plus
